(More customer reviews)Purchased this for my parents after they got an estimate from a local garage door installation shop...my folks considered buying an entire new garage door opener after the quote they were given to replace this receiver ( + $200.00). It blows my mind that there was an approximately 600% mark up on this item through the local shop...now I understand a business has bills to pay, too, but that was ridiculous. Ordered it, installed it in about 5 minutes (that is NOT an exaggeration), and it worked beautifully from approximately 500' away...long story short, my folks were veeeery happy
