(More customer reviews)I bought two LiftMaster 972L clickers. Both could be activated to open the garage door, but only one could be trained to open the gate of my community. I discovered this when relatives came to visit and I could not give them the defective one. I open the defective one to replace the battery and saw that a blue round part seems busted. Too late for returns..Moral check ALL OF THEM. I only checked the garage door part and got burnt. I have no idea how to contact Sanford and Sons for an exchange
