(More customer reviews)I am very MAD with this company! First, you can not contact them by phone only email. I emailed them my complaint that I did not have my remotes and then got an automatic message that someone would get back to me within 8hr. They never did. My electrician is here now to install the opener and they didnt even include the wires that are needed that should be in the box. I now have to run all over the place looking for the wires for it while my electrician is still on the clock. This should not happen to anyone- I am about ready to send this back, yet once again you can not contact them for return either, just email that they do not respond to. MAD!!!!!!!!! I do not think that they should get away with this and hope no one else has to deal with this kind of problem! Dont order this item!
Just to update since the last complaint---- I got the wires needed but not from the company, I finally found them an hour away for another $85. Now that everything is hooked up the keypad does not work. Imagine That! Now I will have to try to contact them on the email again that they do not respond to. SHADY!!!!
